Hi all, My name is Niamh and I am a psychotherapist. For some of you who may not know, psychotherapy is a form of a talk therapy.

A little Background into myself

I originally trained to be a youth/community worker for four years in LIT, studying a BA Honours in “Social and Community Studies”. I have worked in a number of Youthreach centres, family resource centres and youth services across Ireland. I then went on to study a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy with ICHAS. Since qualifying, I am currently working in a Private Practice in Cork. Here, I carry out one to one counselling and psychotherapy for all ages, working with a wide range of issues.
